Dinosaurs Aren’t Extinct!

This post is inspired by a student who asked me if dinosaurs were real. Not only were dinosaurs real; they still exist! Every bird you’ve ever seen is descended from a dinosaur. We now know that ancient dinosaurs were more like birds than lizards. They laid eggs, had feathers, and were even warm blooded. The giant dinosaurs went extinct, but the smaller bird-like dinosaurs lived on. Here’s a great video about how scientists discovered that dinosaurs were warm-blooded like birds.
